KIDNEY DONATION AGREEMENT (Sample)

BETWEEN

(2)    …………………… of P.O. Box ………………. …………………  to be known as (the second party)

NOW IT HEREBY AGREED as follows:

1.       That in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements to be kept and performed on the part of the said parties hereto, respectively as herein stated, the first party hereby covenants and agrees that he shall, at all material time sponsor full the tuition fees of one ………………, the son of ………………….. for his legal studies until when he has established his legal carrier;

2.       That in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements to be kept and performed on the part of the said parties hereto, respectively as herein stated, the first party covenants and agrees to that he shall at all material time undertake to pay fully for the school fees of the daughter of ………………., one ……………………….. for her secondary education to the university level;

3.       That in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements to be kept and performed on the part of the said parties hereto, respectively as herein stated, the first party covenants and agrees to that he shall transfer his house situate on Plot No. …………….., Block …………, ………………., to Second Party;

4.       That the Second Party covenants and agrees that he shall donate his left kidney to be transplanted to the First Party who is critically ill;

5.       That the Second Party covenants and agrees that any member of his family will be happy to assist and help any member of the family of the First Party in case there is any kidney related problems in the future;

6.       That this agreement shall be binding upon the parties, their successors and assigns;

7.       That this is the entire agreement.
