Jaba is a double graduate of the University of Dar es Salaam School of Law, a Law teacher, and a Commonwealth Scholar at the University of Warwick, UK. His areas of interest include constitutional law, labour law, legal drafting, juvenile justice, and law enforcement (private policing/non-state security actors).
